This can act as a collecting point for all the participants to share photos, etc. from the event.
Please post a link to your images and tell us how your day was.
Some of the highlights of the day for me were:
Rolling into the Voyager Restaurant parking lot and gawking at the staggering array of hardware parked in the lot. Putting faces to all the emails and names I've been seeing for the last month.
Getting onto the runway for the warmup run and swarming down to the end of the huge airstrip.
Seeing the Proteus plane.
Filming the 40-180mph run Kevin and Gregory made in the Ford GT and the Nissan GTR about 12 feet from the bumper with both cars running side by side for a flying mile within a hundredth of a second between them the ENTIRE run.
Following Bill in the Enzo and Anisa in the CGT on their run where the advantage swapped several times and the terminal speed was in the mid 180mph range.
Getting one decent pass on Reece's Turbo Busa with the gonzo electronics after filming Jason on the 08 Busa and T on the R1 to near the top end and then throttling up and blasting the last part of the course at 190 (according to the on board GPS).
Seeing the lineup of vehicles sitting on the absurdly scenic runway that had just been wetted down with rain in front of the dramatic airport sky backdrop.

Kerry,
You and Joel did a great job! Had loads of fun, got in three passes. If it helps you edit, here are my excuses......1st. pass with blue z06 (i'm the ZR1) missed 3rd gear shift, then missed 5th gear shift. also not sure where finish was. I'm used to drag racing, but I really learned a lot about top speed........The second pass was with the blue Lambergini, Missed 5th gear on that run. .......The third was perfect and the match up was perfect, a GT FORD against a ZR1 The GT FORD was black. We ran pretty much ran side by side all the way. this time I made every shift perfect at 6500rpm and just stayed ahead till the end My speedo said 190mph but I think some one said the radar got me at 186mph on that pass, but that pass made my day! You can sure see it's a different deal at those speeds, It's all about HP, at those RPMS. Looking forward to the DVD, I think you've got a lot good looking cars that performed well. Thanks again, If you have any questions please E-mail me.
Mike Thermos (ZR1)
Kerry,
First off hats off to you and Joel for making this happen. Even with all the unexpected turns in events, you guys were able to still get things to run smoothly and make a day that none of us would never forget. I had a blast and would do it again any day. Getting to see all the cars and talk to everyone was worth the trip alone. Everyone had a great attitude. The run on my 08 busa against the R1 was by far the coolest thing I have ever done. Hopefully we do this again next year because I will have a little something extra for next time. Turbo anyone??

Hey Kerry,
Eric here in the 98 Viper GTS. Thanks again for all the time and work you put into this event. It was the highlight of my year! Doesn't get much better than roaring down the runway @ 190mph. We have to do this again soon!
Cheers,
Eric
So what happened to Joel saying everyone that participated was going to get a free DVD. I emailed him about it and never even got a response. Interstingly enought, I bought a DVD and received it promptly. Frikkin' guy responds to money, but doesn't live up to his word. Wish I didn't spend the money on the DVD. It was a major disappointment.
